- Independent testing, coordinated. Colorado requires testing by an independent third party, and we line it up so the results are clean and unquestionable.
- We work directly with CDPHE. Every permit and notification is prepared, filed on time, and tracked through approval — including the ten-working-day notification period — so the paperwork is never what holds up demo day. When it genuinely can't wait, we pursue emergency permits.
- Any loss, any size. A single popcorn ceiling or a full commercial floor, a small claim or a total loss — big or small, we take the job and hold the same standard.
- Full containment and negative air. Sealed work areas, HEPA filtration, and decontamination units on every regulated project.
- Licensed disposal with documentation. Manifests and clearance paperwork you can hand to a lender, buyer, or inspector.
